The decor of the NORRØNA tableware, model name Sandsgård, was designed by Inger Waage and taken into production by Stavangerflint between 1969 and 1971. It is made of highly fired stoneware. The strong and tasteful design of the relieved surface and the geometrical pattern on the amber coloured mat glazing represents a beautiful example of Scandinavian design from the 60s.
